Required Skills and Experience
Education

• A Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Marine Resources, Fisheries Sciences, socio-economic, development studies or relevant field.

Experience

• At least 12 years of working experience in the relevant works;
• Extensive experience in fisheries, marine and coastal resources management;
• Proven track record in natural resources management and socio-economic study particularly in Timor-Leste would be an advantage;
• Proven working networks with government institution, non-governmental organisations and local practitioners in integrated coastal management and marine resources area would be an asset;
• Ability to write project reports particularly for international funded project by providing list of Project reports.

Language

• Fluent in English.
