Job Overview/Summary
The primary role of the Brand Marketing Manager position is to support Brand Marketing's administrative, creative and operational functions, working to facilitate efficiency and ensure quality across production of a myriad of internal stakeholders and clients for multi-channel promotions, campaigns, and communications. The position is based at IRC headquarters in New York, reports to the Brand Marketing Director, and works closely with other the colleagues in the Brand Marketing & Creative Unit, Marketing and Fundraising teams throughout the Revenue Department, the Communications team, and regularly interacts with IRC staff across the organization. This is a 6-month position.

Major Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative team support and assists in strategic planning for a number of brand marketing and cross-functional initiatives: supports research and campaign performance analysis and prepares presentation materials; maintains KPI dashboards and project trackers; processes partner contracts, consultant agreements, promotion agreements, invoicing and tracking of project expenses and budgets.
- Provides production coordination support for fast-paced, creative services function that serves a global base of internal clients and brand management objectives.
- Project manages campaigns and promotions: maintains production calendars and facilitates cross-functional communication, ensuring successful completion of deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintains and disseminates brand guidelines, toolkits, portfolios of collateral and partners with creative staff to support a substantial and diverse archive of brand assets and their corresponding rights.
- Administers logistical support as needed. Special projects as assigned by the Officer, Associate Director and Director.
- Strengthen IRC's brand, profile and base of support, especially in area of unrestricted funds to attract and retain donors
Education
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations or related field.

- 3-5+ years' experience in marketing, fundraising or communications
Minimum
- Experience in project management, production coordination, business management
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively and adaptively in a highly collaborative, interdependent team environment;
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to deal with a variety of clients and needs;
- Project management experience and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with branding, marketing, communications, fundraising, non-profit and international contexts;
- Knowledge of design; Adobe Creative Suite helpful;
- Familiarity with metrics, digital contexts.
